HuntRiot is looking for a Product Manager to work in their Tbilisi office (hybrid). Salary from $5000. Full-time. iGaming experience is mandatory.

We are a group of companies operating in the gaming industry, with extensive experience in Africa and managing several businesses and offices in the region. We are now launching a new B2C brand targeting African markets. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead a key product area from start to finish, from hypothesis to measurable outcome. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will define how our B2C product evolves in African markets. You will not be writing specs in a vacuum. You will work side-by-side with engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to turn ideas into experiments, experiments into outcomes, and outcomes into scalable growth.

iGaming experience is mandatory, preferably Tier 3 English level B2 3-5+ years of product management experience in B2C gaming. Knowledge of Tier 3 markets and cultural nuances of user behavior in Africa and similar regions. Proven track record of impacting key metrics: retention, ARPPU, conversion. Excellent data skills (SQL, Tableau, or similar) and insight-driven decision-making. Ability to ruthlessly prioritize and structure chaos into clear, actionable plans. Hands-on experience designing, launching, and interpreting experiments and A/B tests. Growth mindset, openness to learning, and equal attention to product and people. Understanding of user acquisition approaches and paid marketing channels. Bonus points: Large-scale, high-traffic products Experience in B2C outside of iGaming Cross-functional team leadership Startup/early-stage experience
