Product Manager at Coral Club in Moscow. Focus on optimizing registration and login funnels, ensuring omnichannel user journeys, and coordinating with development and design teams. Requires 3+ years of experience and B2 English.

Key responsibilities include: - Optimizing and developing the registration and login funnel (SMS, email, social networks), increasing conversion and reducing churn at all stages. - Ensuring a unified omnichannel user journey without losses when changing devices and when switching between channels. - Setting up and controlling the verification process (phone, email) considering legislation and the balance between user convenience and security. - Automating and optimizing consultant assignment to increase engagement of new users. - Gradually collecting and managing profile data completeness, influencing retention and repeat purchases. - Analytics on the funnel and A/B testing for data-driven decisions and personalization of offers. - Coordinating work with development and design teams, prioritizing tasks based on impact on results, controlling the quality and effectiveness of releases.

Candidate expectations: - From 3 years in the role of Product Manager - English from B2 (for communication with international teams) - Practical experience with registration, activation, or personal account - Experience in managing a conversion funnel - Understanding of metrics: CR, activation rate, retention, LTV - Experience in conducting A/B tests - Ability to formulate hypotheses and test them with numbers - Basic understanding of integrations: SMS providers, email services, social logins - Understanding of mobile registration specifics - Experience with deep links - Understanding of personal data protection principles - Experience in reducing fake registrations
