Product Manager for Clients Experience team

Senior Product Manager for Trader loyalty program at Quadcode, an international fintech holding. Hybrid work in Limassol/Larnaca, Cyprus. Trading or brokerage experience required.

Proven experience in Trading, Brokerage or Financial Markets and deep understanding of unit economics (must-have); Data-driven approach — ability to work with metrics and evaluate feature success; Skills in task setting for development and design, backlog prioritization, and preparation of A/B tests; Ability to analyze user experience and interfaces; Understanding of business hypotheses, ability to validate and support them with data; Ability to find balance between user value and product economics; Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian language; English from Upper Intermediate level.

Hybrid — 3 days per week from the office. Remote is negotiable.
