Product Manager
EdTech startup is looking for a Product Manager to translate research into a real product. Responsibilities include formulating hypotheses, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with development and design teams. Salary: 80-180k.
We are a startup working on an interesting EdTech project and are looking for a Product Manager to help turn research into a real product. The Product Manager will work at the intersection of research and implementation: taking insights from JTBD specialists and building a path from idea to MVP. This is a full team member, influencing the strategy and tactics of product development. Key tasks: – Formulating product hypotheses based on JTBD data – Describing the product concept and its functionality – Prioritizing tasks: what to do now, what later, what to abandon – Assigning tasks to developers, designers, content team – Participating in user research interviews – Monitoring product compliance with actual audience needs – Analyzing metrics for product decisions
What's important for the start: Will be a plus: – Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Analyst – Understanding of the product lifecycle – Skills in working with metrics For starters, it's enough: – System thinking and the ability to keep the big picture in mind – Ability to ask the right questions – Self-organization and responsibility – We will teach the rest in the process.
