Product Manager (B2C, mobile)

Product Manager for Findmykids, a mobile app for parents with $50M ARR and 7M MAU. Goal: increase Retention by 5 p.p. by 2026. Fullstack team. Remote (GMT+3) or office/hybrid in Belgrade, St. Petersburg, or Perm.

Findmykids is a mobile app that helps millions of parents worldwide be calmer about their children thanks to precise geolocation. We are systematically growing (now $50M ARR and 7M MAU) and are moving full speed towards the ambition to become the #1 product in the world in the category. The main goal of the Product team until the end of 2026 is to raise Retention by 5 p.p. (or +20% in relative terms). We are looking for a strong product leader for this fullstack team who will strengthen it and achieve this goal. Examples of real tasks: - Reinvent the key screen of the app based on usage scenarios and simplification of feature discovery. - Rethink existing key features (e.g., parental control, loud signal): develop them in depth, increasing value. - Enrich key user scenarios through haptics, animations, and sound design so that the product is a pleasure to use.

We are looking for you if: - You have been managing mobile B2C products for 3+ years and can set the highest quality standards. Experience with a subscription monetization model will be a significant plus. - At any given time, you know the key metrics of your product, and you can see the behavior of real people behind the numbers and translate it into business meaning. - You focus on long-term metrics (Retention, LTV, MAU) and quality UX/UI, solve non-trivial tasks.
