Yandex KIT is a platform for launching and developing online stores with an AI assistant, helping businesses easily open additional sales channels. We are looking for a strong product manager to help build a seamless experience for sellers in the 'Orders' and 'Checkout' sections – one of the key product focuses, directly impacting the convenience and efficiency of our clients' work.

Experience in product management at a middle+ level Understanding of e-commerce: the chain from order to final delivery and customer interaction Ability to listen to users, identify their pain points, and turn insights into workable solutions Comfort in a dynamic environment where speed, focus, and results are important Deeply immerse yourself in the logic of sellers' work: from order acceptance to payment and delivery Research user scenarios, identify growth areas and problems in the funnel Formulate and test product hypotheses to continuously improve key metrics Work in a cross-functional team with development, analytics, and design
