Tetrika, one of the largest EdTech companies in Russia in the school education segment, is looking for a Product Manager to take on the development of the end-to-end experience for students and teachers: from matching to retaining pairs. In this role, you will need to increase learning duration, stimulate repeat purchases, and influence revenue growth through product decisions. Responsibilities: • Configure teacher matching and ranking to ensure the most suitable pair for each student. • Shorten the path from payment to the first lesson and make the start of learning as fast and simple as possible. • Identify risks in pairs and help retain students to reduce churn. • Collect and turn user feedback into product improvements and new solutions. • Work with cross-functional teams: development, design, analytics, and support. • Evaluate the results of initiatives and make decisions only based on confirmed impact.
