- Experience as a Product Manager for 2+ years; - Experience with retention and engagement mechanics in B2C products; - Ability to work with metrics, funnels, and identify product growth points; - Ability to independently formulate problems and propose solutions, not just execute incoming tasks; - Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate with various stakeholders; - Experience with user-facing products, where deep understanding of the audience and their needs is important.

Full-time employment. Remote (Russia) or office (Moscow). Salary based on interview results (average market salary 220,000–280,000 RUB).
