Adapty is a subscription monetization platform for mobile apps. Over $2B in subscription revenue passes through it annually, and 20,000+ apps use it. Responsibilities: — Predictions, analytics, and A/B tests: three related products under one owner — Small ML team. You decide what it works on and who joins next — Prediction engine: what it predicts, how accurate it should be, and how we prove it to clients — Our dashboards are slow, so people stop opening them. You find out why and fix it with the team — We have ML work that is not implemented anywhere—neither in dashboards nor tests. You decide where to apply it and whether to apply it at all.

At some point in your career, worked hands-on with code or ML models—enough to make technical decisions yourself, not based on trust. Strong mathematics and classical ML. Can argue about model choice, metrics, and horizons, not just read summaries. Owned a product, not a backlog. Tell what you shipped last quarter and what it affected. SQL and the habit of double-checking numbers yourself.

B2B contract via Deel, not tied to a country. Direct communication and ownership, no bureaucracy. Reporting directly to a co-founder. Compensation for learning and sport, laptop coverage, PTO.
