Product Engineer & Partner

WAI, an AI development and implementation studio, seeks a Product Engineer & Partner for full-time hybrid work (online + Limassol or Moscow). Salary: fixed + project share.

WAI is a studio for AI development and implementation. Since 2013, under the Trinity Monsters brand, we have developed over 30 products for large companies, from VTB to Azbuka Vkusa. In 2024, we rebranded and launched corporate AI training and implementation. Today we work as forward deployed engineers: we build software together with the client's team and hand over product development to them. We are looking for someone who takes a vague business task and brings it to a working product. You understand the problem yourself and assemble everything from interface to deployment together with LLM. What you'll do: Deeply understand a client's domain and debate as an equal with their experts. Choose what matters most and execute quickly. Write code with LLM, set up environments, and distribute mobile builds. Communicate with clients and iterate based on real testing. Lead the project from 'what we solve' to 'works in production'.

Product mindset: turn vague 'need to improve' into a specific task with clear verification. LLM is your main tool: you already build working things with them and catch them lying. Independence: you get tasks without step-by-step plans and break them down yourself. Readiness to dig deep: one deep project to results is better than ten superficial ones. Experience from 0 to 1: launched products from scratch with real users—yours or in a company. Ability to talk to people: you lead conversations with clients and aren't afraid of money topics. You conduct interviews and sell. Desire to grow into a partner: you're interested in being responsible first for a project, then for a client and the company. Nice to have: Experience in complex B2B and enterprise.

Partnership: start with a fixed salary, then share of project → client → company. Each of us is the CEO of our project. Products for large companies with their teams. Hybrid: online + Limassol or Moscow.
