Product/Digital Marketer (Middle/Senior) needed for AI product startup 'Leopard'. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategy, product packaging, building funnels, managing social media, and exploring grants. Remote, part-time with flexible hours. Salary from 50,000 to 200,000 RUB + KPI bonus.

We are a startup codenamed Leopard, building an ecosystem of AI products. Our flagship product is an AI bot for creating product cards for marketplaces. Sellers upload product photos and preferences to receive ready-made images and content for their cards. The product is in the final stage of development, and we are preparing for launch. In parallel, we are forming a premium AI agency and planning to launch AI training. The funnel is built from the bot to the agency and training, and training will also be promoted through social networks.

Middle/Senior level with real case studies. Experience launching an IT or SaaS product to market. Understanding of AI tools: used in work, understands the market. Experience with grants or accelerators is a big plus. Ability to work with uncertainty: the product is dynamic, with little market data yet. Results-oriented, not activity-volume oriented. Ready for long-term cooperation: we don't need someone for 'launch and leave'.

Format: part-time, flexible schedule, remote. Payment: salary (from 50,000 to 200,000 RUB) + KPI bonus, discussed individually after the conversation. Long-term: as projects grow, tasks and remuneration will increase. Other conditions are ready to be discussed with the final candidate.
