Product Designer

Product Designer for Tilda, a global product combining design and code. Seeking an experienced designer to work on library blocks, new features, and internal product interfaces.

Develop design for new blocks in the component library. Develop and improve interfaces of Tilda's internal products. Lead tasks from solution search to feature release (process discussion, communication with developers, help in testing features). Supervise junior designers.

5+ years of product experience. Experience creating design systems. Human-centered approach in design development. Ability to justify decisions and explain them clearly to the team. Ability to speak the same language as developers. Creating a clear knowledge system about UX/UI for the department's professional development. Experience working in sprints. Ability to negotiate, accept constructive feedback, and share feedback. Sense of style and knowledge of web trends. Sensitivity to composition, colors, fonts. Desire to create world-class interfaces. Perseverance and diligence. English at Intermediate level or higher. Nice to have: Good vector graphics skills, ability to write interface texts.
