Product Designer UX/UI

Product Designer UX/UI for a job board platform in Thailand (MVP stage). Remote part-time, flexible engagement. Responsibilities include UX/UI design, prototyping, design system management, documentation, and collaboration with team.

We are developing a job board for the Thai market. The product is at the MVP stage and is almost ready for production. We seek an experienced product designer who can not just improve the visual part, but systematically rethink the interface, propose strong product solutions, and bring the product design to a mature level. We need a person who combines good visual taste, understanding of user behavior, and a strong technical base: able to build design systems, work with components and variables, and understand how design affects conversion, retention, and key product metrics. Tasks: - Analyze competitors and best practices of job board platforms; - Think through the candidate and employer journey: from registration to response and hiring (CJM, user flow); - Reduce cognitive load: design screens so users understand page context, process status, and key actions from the first seconds; - Build prototypes of key scenarios in Figma; - Describe product logic: user roles, vacancy and application statuses, restrictions, edge cases; - Prepare technical documentation and specs for development; - Draw interfaces based on the existing design system; - Conduct an audit of the current MVP design and identify key improvement areas; - Work closely with the entire team.

Requirements: - Proficiency in Figma, Miro; - Experience designing complex scenarios: multiple roles, statuses, branching; - Experience in UX writing and interface localization; - Experience in writing documentation and business requirements for development; - Ability to propose and justify product decisions, not just draw to a ready spec; - Experience working directly with business and development; - Experience with AI tools; - Understanding of how UX/UI decisions affect conversion, retention, and other product metrics; - Ability to work with an existing product, find weak points, and argue improvements; - Strong UI skills and good visual taste; - 3+ years of experience in product design (in product companies or complex services, not just studio landing pages); - Portfolio cases of complex web services, personal accounts, or platforms with a two-sided audience (B2B/B2C, marketplaces, SaaS). Nice to have: - Experience launching a product at MVP stage; - Experience in HR-tech, marketplaces, or other two-sided platforms; - Experience with international markets; - Understanding of frontend constraints and implementation of design systems in code; - English at Intermediate level or higher.
