We are looking for a designer to work on a career product at the intersection of b2c and b2b (fintech). We are a company: Product lab Mish. Engagement period: From 6 months (with the possibility of extension). Work format: Remote (only from Russia). Cooperation format: Civil law contract.

Mandatory product design experience of 5+ years. Design end-to-end scenarios for users at the intersection of different parts of the product. Raise the visual bar and set the look & feel of the product. Work at the intersection of b2c and b2b, see the big picture and find solutions that enhance the entire product. Translate inputs and interests of different parties into understandable, cohesive product solutions. Test hypotheses, conduct rapid iterations, and bring solutions to high-quality implementation. Ability to work with uncertainty, gather complex context, and find clear solutions within it.
