Stepik is looking for an experienced Product Designer to take responsibility for product design from problem immersion to release and analysis. The role offers direct impact on product development, freedom, responsibility, and a collaborative remote team.

Develop the product Design and improve UX/UI for web and mobile applications (iOS, Android), simplifying user experience. Work with product strategy Search for growth points, generate and test hypotheses, create prototypes with product. Interact with development Hand over design, defend decisions, accompany implementation, and conduct design reviews. Work with legacy Bring interfaces to a unified style, reduce design debt, maintain order in Figma. Develop the design system Improve the UI Kit, update components, and optimize design processes. Create a new educational experience Research, invent, and launch new learning scenarios.

6+ years of product design experience Ability to work in uncertainty and communicate with business, development, and users Design UX/UI and think systemically Understand metrics and research Independent and deliver tasks to completion Plus: Complex products (marketplaces, admin panels) Basic frontend / programming
