Product Designer for an AI health app at SberHealth. Remote or in Moscow office. Design key user scenarios, work with AI agents, and develop the design system.

We are launching a new AI application that gives advice on health monitoring, timely checkups, and habit changes—based on user data and evidence-based medicine recommendations. We are looking for a product designer responsible for product design from the earliest stages. We understand how important good design is for users, especially in health and trust in recommendations. Responsibilities and tasks: — Design and implement key user scenarios (onboarding, prevention plan, checkups, reminders), turning medical data into understandable user conclusions and steps—without unnecessary anxiety; — Use AI agents to create and refine web and mobile app interfaces (set tasks, run, check, make edits before review), and develop patterns for AI interaction (states, error handling, explain capabilities and limitations); — Develop the design system and maintain consistent standards: work with components, tokens, and states, create guidelines for visual language and interface behavior, and together with engineers improve the harness for precise guideline adherence and error reduction; — Check interface quality (visuals, interactions, responsiveness, accessibility, edge cases), quickly test hypotheses, prepare options for A/B tests, and analyze results with the team.

Experience in product design of mobile and web interfaces, strong UI, confident Figma skills—show a portfolio with clear personal role in projects; Practical experience with AI agents: creating and refining interfaces to the desired quality, working in the codebase (reading UI code, making and checking changes, Git, review); architecture and integrations are the engineers' responsibility; Experience with design systems: ability to turn decisions into reusable components and rules; Skill to simplify complex logic and large volumes of data into an understandable interface, attention to detail and empathy when working with health topics; Understanding user metrics, experience with research and analytics for design decisions; Independence, systematic thinking, readiness for rapid iterations, hypothesis testing, and working in a startup environment.
