Product Content Manager

Product Content Manager at SmartIT in Product Lab, a mobile app studio. Full-time, hybrid/remote in Belarus and EU. Own all product content: ASO, paid creatives, UX copy, SEO, community/UGC.

SmartIT has opened Product Lab, a mobile app studio focused on rapidly testing product hypotheses (smoke test → MVP → launch) in consumer niches (health & wellness, lifestyle). The team is small with high autonomy and a fast cycle. The Product Content Manager will own all product content, from landing pages and ad creatives to store listings and in-app texts. Responsibilities: – ASO / store presence: keyword research, ASO strategy, listings (App Store + Google Play), screenshot copy, data-driven iterations and competitor analysis. – Paid creatives: RSA copy, paid-social concepts, static banners (all key sizes), UGC-style videos via AI tools. – Performance iteration loop: hypothesis → change → measured result → next iteration. – Product / UX copywriting: onboarding, paywall, empty/error states, notifications; A/B variants; UX-writing guideline (tone, terminology). – Web / SEO: SEO strategy, blog, web copy + landing page wireframing, reporting. – Community / UGC: content presence in communities (Reddit and relevant platforms), UGC curation.

3–5+ years in content/marketing in product IT companies. English C1–C2 (products for US market, all content in English). Strong in at least 2–3 of the above areas + readiness to quickly master the rest. Ownership and autonomy: independently sets deadlines and meets them, coordinates with dev, design, analytics, proactively shares statuses and flags risks in advance. Fluent with AI tools for content, design and video. Nice to have: – Experience in mobile / subscription apps, health & wellness / lifestyle niches. – Understanding of performance marketing (how content affects CTR / CPA / conversion). – Growth track from copywriter to content function owner.
