BI Analyst (Mobile Fintech) at HaaS in Tashkent. Full-time position with salary $2500-3000. Seeking an experienced analyst for a mobile credit solutions app to analyze product metrics, build dashboards in Power BI, and optimize user funnels.

We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst / Product BI Analyst to work on a mobile application in the credit solutions sector, where every stage of the user journey directly impacts conversion, business results, and customer experience quality. This is a role for an analyst who can work with data, product funnels, and BI reporting, understands the impact of each stage of the customer journey on key metrics, and helps the business make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Analysis of product and business metrics for the mobile application - Building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI - Analysis of the customer funnel: from application submission to loan issuance - Identifying bottlenecks and points of conversion loss at each stage of the funnel - Preparing analytical conclusions and recommendations for product and business teams - Analyzing the effectiveness of new product changes and hypotheses - Working with SQL queries for data extraction, verification, and analysis - Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and key business indicators - Analyzing user behavior and customer journey - Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders - Supporting data-driven decisions for launching new credit products

3+ years of commercial experience as a BI Analyst / Product Analyst Strong SQL experience Confident experience with Power BI Experience in analyzing product funnels and conversions Experience in building reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring Ability to work with large datasets Strong analytical thinking and data-driven approach Experience with digital products (mobile / fintech / web) Nice to have: - Experience in fintech / banking / lending - Understanding of lending processes - Experience in scoring, fraud / risk status analysis - Experience in A/B test analysis - Experience in cohort / retention analysis - Understanding of UX/UI impact on conversion
