Product Analyst - Integrations Hub

Product Analyst role at paytech in Limassol, Cyprus. Focuses on owning the Integrations Hub end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy and enhancing user experience. Full-time, office/hybrid.

paytech is a dynamic fintech company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation in the industry. We are looking for a dedicated Product Analyst to own the Integrations Hub end-to-end: from data accuracy and enrichment to the public website experience and internal back-office tooling. This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of product, data, engineering, and commercial teams. You will be the single accountable person driving the Integration Hub's quality, completeness, and strategic impact. Our Integrations Catalog is both a core internal tool and a public-facing marketing asset that showcases the breadth and depth of our payment network to prospects and clients. This role gives you full ownership of a product that touches every part of the business. Responsibilities: Own the source of truth as internal provider/brand database: validate, enrich, and maintain provider records, payment methods, supported countries, and operations data; Drive ongoing verification of the data, identify and resolve data discrepancies: ensure every integration is accurately represented and discoverable; Define and iterate on the catalog UX: filters, search, provider detail pages, and data presentation; Work with marketing to maximize the catalog's impact: provider counts, geo coverage, and feature highlights that resonate with potential clients; Align engineering, data, and commercial stakeholders on catalog priorities: from brand discovery to platform updates; Establish processes for keeping data current as new integrations are added or providers change, leverage AI/automation tools to scale data enrichment and verification processes; Collaborate with white-label partners to ensure their method lists and branding are accurately reflected; Define KPIs for catalog health: accuracy rate, completeness, time-to-publish for new integrations, and commercial impact metrics.

2-3 years of experience in analytics, data management, or product/business analysis, ideally in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS; Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem: PSPs, acquirers, API integrations, payment methods, and how integrations work at a technical level; Ability to research and structure complex information from multiple sources (APIs, documentation, internal systems, external data); Hands-on, independent approach - able to take a concept from research to implementation; Experience managing information or building systems that are used by multiple teams; Ability to prioritize work, make trade-offs, and plan short- and mid-term roadmap; English and Russian fluent. Nice to have: Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for data enrichment, research, or automation workflows; Experience with payment orchestration platforms or white-label payment solutions.

A cozy office in Limassol — snacks, drinks, PS5, and a stunning rooftop kitchen view during the probation period, with a flexible format afterward; Career growth and development opportunities in the fintech industry; A bureaucracy-free team that values ideas and individual contribution; Sports and lunches compensation; Team events, health insurance, nice perks, and work permit support.
