Product Analyst for Cross-Border Transfers at Alfa-Bank. Salary up to 390k RUB/month gross. Middle grade. Hybrid work format.

We are a young and ambitious team for cross-border transfers for individuals at Alfa-Bank. Our service metrics have grown significantly in the last year, and this year we plan to take our product line to the next level. We are looking for a motivated and competent employee for the product analytics team to help the business develop the product and make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities: • Lead the project for implementing ML personalization in the product "turnkey". • Build end-to-end analytics - collect data marts and dashboards with key metrics. • Conduct pilots and A/B tests, participate in product pricing management. • Conduct research and segmentation of the client base. • Together with IT, set up monitoring of the stability and quality of services, error background. • Plan key indicators, calculate cases and economic effects of initiatives.

• Fluent knowledge of SQL and Python • Solid knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics. Experience in conducting experiments, A/B tests • Knowledge and understanding of Classic ML algorithms • Work experience - preferably at least 1-1.5+ years in the profile • Bonus: experience working with a digital product

Salary: target - 390 thousand rubles. before tax, the specific amount is discussed individually. Work format: hybrid.
