Producer of Educational and Socio-Cultural Projects

Quercus is looking for a producer who can turn meaningful ideas into live projects that are actually launched and developed. The role involves two main directions: 'School of Thinking' as a new educational product and the open program Quercus — lectures, discussions, cycles, meetings, and special events. The ideal candidate can organize processes, understand meanings, gather people around ideas, and deliver quality results. Responsibilities include: launching and developing 'School of Thinking'; producing the open program; translating ideas into formats, scripts, and workflows; defining target audience and positioning; assembling authors, speakers, contractors, and internal processes; ensuring the idea retains depth and the final experience is vivid, clear, and high-quality.
