Producer of Educational and Socio-Cultural Projects
Quercus seeks a Producer to launch and develop the "School of Thinking" and open program events like lectures and discussions, turning ideas into complete projects.
Quercus is looking for a producer who will turn good ideas into projects that actually happen. — Launch the "School of Thinking": work with the idea author, methodologist, and Quercus team to turn the concept into a working educational product, assemble a launch plan, budget, and team, organize work with teachers and materials, recruit participants, and run the learning process. After the first launch, continue developing the School as an independent project. — Produce the open Quercus program: take approved program ideas and turn them into events, find the right format with the team, work with authors and speakers, assemble budget and timing, and lead the project until guests arrive, lights turn on, and everything starts. — Build a team around the project: work with marketing, content, design, technical, and operational teams, set tasks, synchronize people, and ensure important things are not lost. — See the project as a whole: think about the event, audience, experience, sales, cost, and whether it makes sense to repeat.
— Real experience in producing educational and/or socio-cultural projects: educational programs, lecture halls, festivals, conferences, museum and educational projects, cultural institutions, intellectual clubs — the organization name matters less than full project responsibility. — Able to lead a project from concept to launch while keeping content, deadlines, budget, and production in mind. — Experience working with authors, experts, and speakers. — Capable of managing multiple projects in parallel without turning every deadline into an emergency. — Able to gather people from different functions around a common result. — Not afraid of situations where the idea exists but a detailed brief does not. — Can not only brainstorm and discuss but also take responsibility and drive to results.
— Opportunity to create, not just organize. You will join when the "School of Thinking" is just being born and can strongly influence the product. — Autonomy: a producer who can be entrusted with the project and jointly responsible for the result. — Very diverse content: from intimate discussions to educational cycles, the School of Thinking, or large conferences. — Strong authors and team: program director, methodologist, marketing, content, design, and operations team. — Opportunity to grow with Quercus as it develops new directions. — Quercus is a place where ideas are taken seriously but not themselves too seriously. — Looking for a person in Moscow: most projects happen offline, so regular presence at Quercus is important. Hybrid format possible in regular work. — Conditions and remuneration discussed personally.
