Procurement Specialist (Direct Raw Material/Production Procurement)

Procurement Specialist for direct raw material sourcing. Manage supplier orders, tenders, contracts, and market analysis. Requires 3+ years in direct procurement, Excel/Word/PowerPoint, English Pre-Intermediate+. Full-time, 5/2, 09:00–18:00, with benefits.

Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials and materials for production. Manage direct procurement of raw materials (category management). Place orders with suppliers, control payments and returns. Conduct negotiations and develop supplier base. Organize and conduct tenders. Analyze raw material market, prices, and commercial offers. Prepare, coordinate, and control contracts with suppliers. Handle claims regarding quality and delivery terms. Manage assortment and develop raw material categories. Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and statistics. Participate in projects to optimize costs and procurement processes. Conduct audits and supplier evaluations. Interact with internal customers (production, finance, etc.).

Higher education. Experience in direct procurement / raw material procurement from 3 years. Experience in manufacturing companies is an advantage. Experience in negotiations with suppliers. Skills in market analysis and data work. Confident use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint. English — Pre-Intermediate and above.
