Procurement & Strategic Partnerships Manager

International logistics company seeks a Manager for Logistics Development & Strategic Partnerships to negotiate with courier and 3PL partners across Europe, improve terms, and drive cost savings. Fully remote, English C1-C2 required.

Responsibilities: negotiate with courier services, 3PL operators, and other logistics partners in European countries to reduce service costs and improve commercial terms; organize and conduct in-person meetings with representatives and decision-makers, including business lunches and dinners; review existing tariffs, agree on volume discounts, bonuses, rebates, and additional services; analyze current tariffs and commercial conditions, conduct comparative cost analysis of logistics services across countries; develop long-term partnerships and find mutually beneficial solutions with logistics providers; formalize agreements in commercial terms and contracts; calculate and evaluate the actual economic impact of negotiations.

Experience from 3 years in logistics, e-commerce, courier services, 3PL, logistics procurement, key account management, or partnership development in logistics; experience in commercial negotiations and successful tariff renegotiation or improved cooperation terms with measurable results; understanding of warehouse processes, shipping logistics chain, and courier tariff principles; English at C1–C2 (Advanced/Fluent); ability to travel freely within EU countries, willingness for regular business trips across Europe and meetings outside standard working hours.
