Presentation Designer for "Rosa Khutor" in Moscow. Responsibilities include creating and editing presentations, developing visual concepts, and preparing graphical materials. Requires relevant experience, a portfolio, and proficiency in design software.

Responsibilities: — Prompt preparation and design of presentations in Power Point and other programs within tight deadlines. — Systematization and transformation of large texts and complex information into easily understandable visual slides, designed in a unified style. — Development of the overall concept for presentation design. — Visualization of complex data through infographics, processed schemes, tables, and diagrams. — Selection of illustrations, photographs, and icons. — Promptly making changes to presentation materials under tight deadlines and changing requirements, ensuring high-quality results. — Coordination of final materials with management and working group participants. — Development of corporate identity and brand book for the group of companies. — Preparation of presentation materials and graphical schemes for various tasks, including the preparation of brief regulatory summaries upon management requests. — Active participation in the preparation of schemes and other graphical elements for the collection of initial permits for project documentation. — Participation in working groups on the development of the master plan concept, territory landscaping, and preparation of territory planning documentation. — Participation in project meetings, keeping minutes, interaction with contractors regarding the master plan development concept and territory planning documentation.

Requirements: — Relevant work experience of 1–3 years. — Experience in preparing master plans for territory development, territory planning documentation. — Portfolio link required. — Experience in developing 3D interior visualizations, 3D architectural project visualizations. — Experience in developing site planning schemes for the Project stage, Working documentation. — Experience using the database of regulatory and technical documentation – "ConsultantPlus". — Proficient user of software for architects and designers (AutoCad, Figma, InDesign, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator SketchUp, ArchiCAD, PowerPoint, Revit, Blender, 3ds Max,), office software. — Knowledge of English is welcomed, independent translation of presentation materials. — Prompt preparation/correction of presentation materials. — Knowledge of current technical regulations and design standards of the Russian Federation.
