Presentation Designer

Presentation designer at Sber AI, an R&D team in AI/GenAI, developing visual style for analytical materials, reports, presentations.

Responsibilities: • Development and evolution of the corporate visual style for analytical materials on AI, technologies, and markets • Creating a unified design system and template library for analytical reports, presentations, digests, and other team materials • Designing analytical reports and presentations for top management and external audience • Visualization of complex analytical information: charts, diagrams, matrices, infographics, schemes, trend maps • Developing visual concepts for key research and special analytical projects • Collaborating with analysts on material structure: translating complex data and conclusions into clear visual stories • Controlling visual integrity and quality of team's analytical materials • Preparing materials for publication and print, interacting with contractors when needed • Developing design production approaches and tools, including AI tools for design and visualization • Supporting and developing the created design system as new analytics formats emerge.

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as a designer, preferably in consulting, technology companies, research centers, media, or analytical teams • Strong portfolio in information design, presentations, analytical reports, and data visualization • Ability to turn complex information and large data volumes into simple, clear, and compelling visual communication • Experience in developing visual concepts, design systems, templates, and guidelines • Proficiency in Figma and PowerPoint; preferably Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign • Strong skills in working with charts, diagrams, schemes, and infographics • Understanding of typography, composition, grids, and editorial design • Ability to independently handle tasks from visual concept to final layout • Attention to detail and high level of visual culture • Ability to work closely with analysts and quickly dive into complex technological topics • Experience with generative AI and modern AI design tools is a plus • English at a level sufficient for working with international visual references and materials. Nice to have: • Experience designing materials for top-level executives • Experience with technology, AI, or research topics • Experience preparing printed analytical reports and collections • Experience developing a brand visual language or a separate direction within a large company.
