Pre-Sales Manager (Creator)

Remote pre-sales manager (creator) to create commercial proposals, with salary from 70,000 RUB + KPI, for an agency.

Collect KP from brief to final presentation (about 10 KP per month, cycle 5-6 working days) Analyze brief, collect data, coordinate team (designers, creative, sales): set tasks, control deadlines, keep everyone informed Structure materials, turn ideas into presentation logic, design in Figma (including templates) Prepare budgets, media plans and related calculations Conduct final check of KP: content, numbers, deadlines, errors, approvals Promptly find solutions if something doesn't work out or deadlines are missed

Independence and proactivity: you see the next step and bring the task to result Ability to structure information, keep many details in mind and not lose agreements grammatical written speech, text editing skills Confident use of Figma (or readiness to quickly master), Notion and Google Sheets Ability to simultaneously conduct several tasks, not to miss deadlines, notice errors before sending to client Experience with AI in creative and brainstorming
