LENKEP is looking for a PR Manager to work in Serbia or remotely. Experience from 1 year in iGaming, High-risk, or Affiliate. Responsibilities include reputation management, media relations, influencer outreach, event organization, and launching voice chats.

We are LENKEP, a recruitment agency with over 7 years of experience in finding specialists across various fields, including iGaming, Fintech, Crypto, Gamedev, and mobile development. We manage a network of Telegram channels, scale brand media presence, and are currently strengthening our team. We are seeking a PR Manager to take charge of our media activities and collaborate with the marketing and Telegram channel departments. Your responsibilities will include: Monitoring brand mentions and managing reputation: reviews, prompt response to negative feedback, monitoring news and trends; Preparing press releases and communicating with media, influencers, and partners – negotiating publications, interviews, placements, and collaborations with brands and projects; Organizing external production: shoots, photos, videos, special projects with contractors; Organizing events – presentations, events, offline and online activities; Launching end-to-end voice chats in our Telegram channels (iGaming and IT, averaging 3-4 broadcasts per month): gathering and communicating with speakers, scheduling broadcasts, preparing questions and interviewer briefs, approvals; Preparing announcements and promotions for voice chats, managing their PR within the allocated budget; Conducting broadcasts and preparing informational posts based on the outcomes.

Experience of 1 year or more in iGaming, High-risk, or Affiliate industries; Understanding of the industry's specifics and key players; Portfolio of cases and work examples with measurable results – mandatory; Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with media, influencers, and contractors; Ability to adapt to the company's and brands' tone of voice; Proactiveness, initiative, and responsibility for results. Will be a plus: Experience in organizing offline and online events; Experience working with Telegram channels as a media platform; Existing contact base in the iGaming/IT media and influencer segment.
