PR Manager at KIN TEAM. Responsibilities include creating buzz for releases, concerts, and events, preparing press releases, pitching to media, and managing client communications. Requires 1+ year of PR experience, strong media relations skills, and readiness for a flexible schedule.

– create information reasons for releases, concerts, and events and bring them to media output; – prepare press releases, pitches, and any other texts for journalists and Telegram channels; – negotiate with editors, influencers, and public pages about publications and activities in media projects; – maintain communication with clients and independently coordinate activities; – accompany clients at events and shoots; – collect reports and fix results so we can see what worked and what didn't.

– PR experience from 1 year (music, culture, business segment); – skills in working with media, new media, and influencers, strong communication; – independence: manage a client in a chat without coordinating every message with a supervisor; – responsibility and adherence to deadlines; – broad outlook and interest in the music industry; – understanding of the principles of the current Russian media and new media market; – readiness for an irregular schedule (releases on Fridays, events or concerts on weekends). Will be a plus: — presence of warm contacts in the media; — skills in implementing creative mechanics.
