PR Manager in KIN TEAM. Responsibilities include creating buzz for releases, concerts, and events, preparing press releases, pitching to media, and managing client communications. Requires 1+ year of PR experience, strong media relations skills, and readiness for a flexible schedule.

What to do: — come up with newsbreaks for releases, concerts, and events and bring them to media coverage; — prepare press releases, pitches, and any other texts for journalists and Telegram channels; — negotiate with editors, influencers, and public pages about publications and activities in media projects; — maintain communication with clients and independently coordinate activities; — accompany clients at events and shoots; — collect reports and record results so we can see what worked and what didn't.

Who they are looking for: — PR experience from 1 year (music, culture, business segment); — skills in working with media, new media, and influencers, strong communication skills; — independence: manage a client in a chat without coordinating every message with a supervisor; — responsibility and adherence to deadlines; — broad outlook and interest in the music industry; — understanding of the principles of the current Russian media and new media market; — readiness for an irregular schedule (releases on Fridays, events or concerts on weekends). Will be a plus: — existing warm contacts in the media; — creative mechanics implementation skills.
