Platform & Security Operations Engineer

Platform & Security Operations Engineer at a regulated OTC crypto platform in Dubai. Full-time, remote. Salary $5000-6000/month.

Responsibilities: - Manage production infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters. - Develop infrastructure with Terraform/Terragrunt: network, data, identity. - Support and develop GitOps processes. - Build security monitoring: alerts, detection rules, false positive tuning. - Develop incident runbooks and launch on-call process. - Respond to production and security incidents, conduct postmortems. - Develop CI/CD and software supply chain security. - Configure dependency, image scanning, and artifact signing. - Formalize infrastructure regulations and processes. - Prepare technical evidence for external audits.

Requirements: - Strong production experience with Kubernetes: upgrades, workload identity, network policies, autoscaling, incident investigation. - Experience with Terraform and Terragrunt, Atlantis or similar tools. - Practical GitOps experience with Flux, ArgoCD or similar. - Deep knowledge of AWS: VPC, multi-AZ, KMS, OIDC federation, DNS. - Experience with external audits: ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA or similar. - Practical security monitoring and detection engineering: alerting, rule tuning, reducing false positives. - Experience with production systems where failures or leaks lead to serious financial and regulatory consequences. - Experience with AI development tools and understanding limitations of generated code. - English C1.
