Planning Specialist

Planning Specialist for a large FMCG company. Hybrid schedule, SAP, English Intermediate+, salary from conditions, full-time.

Planning import supplies of finished products and semi-finished goods based on sales forecast, stock, and delivery times. Planning local production according to demand forecast. Placing orders with suppliers and production sites, controlling delivery times and volumes. Monitoring stock, identifying risks of shortage/overstock, and taking corrective actions. Coordinating supplies with customs, logistics, warehouse, and production. Working in SAP: placing orders, updating data, preparing reports. Participating in new product launches: calculating logistics parameters and costs, controlling product availability timing.

Higher education. At least 2 years of experience in production/supply planning in FMCG. Experience with import supplies is an advantage. English from Intermediate. Confident Excel: complex formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; knowledge of macros is an advantage. Analytical and communication skills, independence, flexibility, and ability to handle a large number of tasks.
