Experienced pixel art artist for a casual puzzle game. Piece-rate payment for a set of images.

We are looking for an experienced pixel art artist for a casual puzzle game. Each level includes a pixel art picture with a resolution up to 38x38. The artist is required to draw images for levels, strictly following the requirements. Art requirements: - Finished, attractive art in a given style - Resolution from 24x24 to 38x38 - Strictly in our palette, 16 colors - 6-12 colors per picture - Composition format: object(s) on an empty canvas, one coherent spot - objects must not be separated - Keep a uniform 'grain' and style throughout the whole distance - Not allowed: anti-aliasing, dithering (checkerboard of two colors), gradients Examples of art can be viewed in the application form, via the link below. We will also provide a large pack of style references and concepts for the pictures. What we expect from you: - Confident pixel art in real low resolution, not pixel style imitation - Sense of style and taste: readable silhouette, volume, and mood. It should be finished, beautiful art. - Experience working with external style guides and fixed palettes - Portfolio with pixel art is mandatory We work on a project basis. Payment is per set of images, based on the interview results.
