Personnel Adaptation Specialist

HR specialist for onboarding and adaptation at MTI, Moscow office. Responsibilities include preboarding, welcome day, onboarding, mentoring, evaluation, HR analytics. Requires 1-3 years HR experience, knowledge of onboarding tools, LMS, Bitrix24.

What to do: — Preboarding and Welcome day: coordinate preparation of workplace, accesses and equipment (with IT and AHO), send welcome letters and memos before start, conduct Welcome trainings (mission, structure, rules, corporate culture), organize office tour, introduce to team and manager. — Onboarding and support during probation: develop and update adaptation programs for different employee categories (mass personnel, IT, top management), fill corporate portal (LMS): Welcome Book, memos, videos, courses; regularly collect feedback via pulse surveys and 1-to-1 meetings (at end of 1st week, 1st and 3rd month). — Mentoring system: select, train and motivate mentors (Buddy/Mentoring), build clear mechanisms for supporting newcomers. — Control and evaluation: monitor implementation of task plan during probation (together with managers), organize evaluation based on probation results, conduct Exit interviews with those who left at this stage to identify reasons and improve processes. — HR analytics: calculate key metrics — turnover during probation, eNPS, cost of adaptation — and propose improvements based on data.

— Higher education in HR management, psychology, sociology, pedagogy or management. — HR experience from 1 to 3 years: recruitment, T&D, HR Generalist. — Experience in independently building or optimizing adaptation processes will be an advantage. — Knowledge of modern onboarding tools and trends. — Ability to develop regulations, methodological materials, presentations and training courses. — Skills in working with HR systems and corporate portals: LMS, Bitrix24. — Basic knowledge of Labor Code of the Russian Federation regarding registration and probation. — Public speaking and facilitation skills.
