Personal producer for a blogger at Invest Shedevr. Full-time, remote. Manage content process: ideas, scripts, filming, editing, publishing, analytics. Income from 100,000 RUB (fixed + KPI + bonuses).

You will take over the content process: ideas, scripts, filming, editing, publishing, and analytics. You will be the one who maintains the content agenda and helps the blogger grow without burning out. Responsibilities: - Write scripts yourself or work with scriptwriters: set briefs, analyze structure, edit, and bring to result. - Understand hooks, retention, dynamics, and endings, not just 'shoot beautifully'. - See content around the blogger: in a trip, comment reply, call, habit — a ready video. - Make 10+ content units from one shoot for different platforms. - Think strategically, not tactically: not 'what to post today', but 'how this week brings the blogger closer to the goal'. - Be able to say 'this is boring' and offer 3 alternatives. - Use AI for speed, but not give it the meaning and voice of the blogger.

We are not looking for an executor who waits for a ready script and instructions, or an administrator who just closes tasks. We need an independent producer who leads content from idea to release.
