Performance Testing Engineer (Middle and above)

Performance Testing Engineer (Middle+) at Devquality, remote in Russia, salary up to 134k RUB per month.

Responsibilities: • Estimating task complexity; • Forming and agreeing on the pool of software products within the area; • Ensuring creation of necessary documentation in accordance with company methodological standards (PMI, automated test scenarios, instructions, test reports); • Forming, agreeing and controlling the execution of test plans for changes to the production environment; • Developing and maintaining a resource utilization control system; • Supporting and developing existing software solutions for load testing; • Providing and developing load testing services; • Participating in load testing of business processes to prevent performance degradation; • Analyzing, proposing, designing, developing and implementing architectural solutions; • Ensuring scalability and fault tolerance of developed solutions; • Participating in performance incident review.

Requirements: • Citizenship and location in Russia; • Experience with software for organizing and implementing load testing processes; • Knowledge of testing production processes and methodologies; • Experience with load testing systems (MF LR, JMeter, Locust, IBM RPT) from 2 years; • Experience with bug tracking systems; • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Incremental, Agile); • Experience with database management systems (DBMS); • Experience with web technologies; • Agile frameworks Scrum, Kanban; • Skills with Windows and *nix OS; • Knowledge of XML standards and web services; • Experience testing in teams with agile development model; • Experience with remote access programs via RDP/SSH/VNC; • Experience with task trackers and test management systems (Jira, HP ALM, TSM); • Knowledge of network technologies; • Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN); • Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL; • Experience load testing Desktop and Web solutions; • Experience with load testing software from 3 years; • Practical experience writing administrative scripts in built-in OS languages BAT/BASH/PS/VBS/JS; • Experience writing complex SQL queries; • Skills in conducting and coordinating load testing.
