Performance Designer (Static + Motion)

Crezu, an international fintech company, is looking for a Performance Designer (Static + Motion) to create static/motion creatives and UGC, analyze performance and speed up production. Remote, full-time.

Crezu is an international fintech company. We build financial product recommendation services and are looking for a Performance Designer (Static + Motion) with a solid foundation and good visual culture. Responsibilities: - Create static/motion creatives and UGC, adapt them for different geos and platforms. - Analyze creative performance, generate hypotheses and research trends/competitors. - Speed up production: work with neural networks, scripts, plugins and automation. - Manage tasks end-to-end — from idea to final result.

- Solid foundation (composition, typography, color) and knowledge of animation principles. - Experience with Figma, Figma Motion and Adobe After Effects. - Understanding of performance creative logic (hooks, storytelling, working with pain points). - Experience with AI tools and UGC. - Self-discipline and meeting deadlines. - Nice to have: experience in traffic arbitrage.
