Payments Specialist / Специалист по платежным операциям (Fintech)

International fintech company in electronic payments seeks a Payments Specialist in Limassol, Cyprus. Role involves daily payment operations, reconciliations, and interaction with partner banks.

Responsibilities: - Control daily payment operations: processing transactions, settlements, and reconciliations across multiple payment platforms. - Monitor payment systems, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to improving payment processes. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborate with AML and anti-fraud teams. - Prepare reports on payment operations, transaction volumes, and KPIs; analyze metrics and identify process improvements. - Interact with partner banks, payment providers, and internal teams to ensure stable integrations. - Stay updated on changes in the payment industry, new technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in payments, EMI, or financial services. - Deep understanding of payment processing, including SEPA, SWIFT, card payments, and alternative payment methods (APM). - Knowledge of AML/KYC and financial compliance principles. - Experience with payment systems, reporting tools, and proficiency in MS Excel. - Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to find solutions in non-standard situations. - Fluent English at C1-C2 level.
