Payments Operations Lead

International product IT company in iGaming seeks Payments Operations Lead to manage and scale payment operations in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time, office-based, relocation support.

Operational management of PSP direction and responsibility for results. Audit and optimization of current payment and operational processes. Building a unified operational model and areas of responsibility between teams. Identifying issues in processing and launching changes together with Product, Tech, and analytics. Coordination of payment, operational, and technical teams. Preparing infrastructure for growth, new partners, and new markets including LATAM. Formation and development of the operational team.

Experience managing operational direction in PSP, fintech, P2P payments, or related payment infrastructure. Deep understanding of payment processing. Experience building and scaling operational processes. Strong ownership and hands-on approach: important not only to propose changes but also to bring them to results independently. Strong management and communication skills. Experience with international markets is a plus.

Relocation to Limassol with support for document processing for employee and family. Office, full-time 5/2. International markets and large-scale payment projects. High degree of autonomy and direct influence on the development of the direction. Russian-speaking team, minimal bureaucracy, and fast decision-making.
