Payments Operations Associate at Dwelly, a fintech/proptech startup. Fully remote, GMT timezone. Requires C1 English. Responsibilities include payment reconciliations, error investigations, and process improvement.

Dwelly is building financial infrastructure for real estate management. We are looking for someone to take ownership of the operational core of payments, including reconciliations, payment error investigations, incident management, and transforming repetitive chaos into clear processes.

• SQL - working with financial/transactional data • Reconciliation experience • Background in financial operations, payments, or fintech product support • Analytical mindset and ability to communicate clearly cross-functionally Plus: Knowledge of UK payments ecosystem, experience with APIs, Stripe / GoCardless / Adyen
