Payment Manager P2P

Payment Manager for developing a Bank Transfer agents network. Office in Belgrade.

Responsibilities: • Find and attract new agents in target regions • Conduct onboarding, train partners and launch them into work • Build long-term relationships with agents • Monitor compliance with internal rules and SLAs • Monitor agent efficiency and work with disputes • Interact with internal teams and report on key metrics

• Experience with Bank Transfer agents or in P2P payments • Experience in attracting and developing partners • Negotiation skills and building long-term relationships • Systematic approach, attention to detail, ability to work with large volumes of information • English for work communication A plus: experience with payment agents and disputes, knowledge of local payment methods and specifics of payment markets in certain regions.
