Payment Manager (LatAm, iGaming)

Payment Manager position in iGaming company focusing on LatAm markets. Responsibilities include monitoring payment methods, optimizing routing, and analyzing transactions. Remote work with a competitive salary.

We are a large company in the iGaming industry (NDA), looking for a Payment Manager to conquer new LatAm markets! ▪️ Responsibilities: ▫️ Monitoring of payment method conversion (passability); ▫️ Setup and optimization of payment provider routing; ▫️ Management of payment routing (traffic redistribution between providers); ▫️ Quick response to payment system failures and incidents; ▫️ Analysis of reasons for unsuccessful transactions; ▫️ Interaction with payment providers and internal teams; ▫️ Control of limits and efficiency of payment channels; ▫️ Participation in process optimization and automation (routing, integrations).

▪️ Requirements: ▫️ Experience with payments (merchant / PSP / acquiring / iGaming / fintech); ▫️ Understanding of payment method conversion and ability to track it; ▫️ Experience with routing or willingness to learn quickly; ▫️ Ability to analyze problems and make quick decisions. ▪️ Will be a plus: ▫️ Experience in PSP / payment aggregators; ▫️ Understanding of anti-fraud and payment flows; ▫️ Experience in process automation.
