Payment Manager (iGaming)
Fixa Casino is looking for a Payment Manager to oversee payment processes and transactions in the iGaming sector. Experience in iGaming and payments is mandatory. Remote work, flexible schedule.
We are Fixa Casino. We are looking for someone who will manage payment processes, handle transactions, and make player payouts fast and transparent. What needs to be done: Control and process incoming and outgoing player payments (deposits, withdrawals, refunds). Verify transactions for errors, fraud, or technical failures. Interact with payment gateways, providers, and crypto services. Resolve player issues related to payout delays, failed deposits, or conversions. Monitor limits, fees, and balances of payment systems. Prepare transaction reports and escalate disputed cases to the anti-fraud department.
Experience in iGaming / gambling is mandatory (understanding the specifics of deposits, withdrawals, bonus systems). Experience with payments (cryptocurrencies, fiat, P2P, bank transfers) for at least six months. Attention to detail, stress resistance, and ability to handle objections. Fluent oral and written communication skills (Russian / English is a plus). Ability to multitask and adhere to regulations.
Salary: $500 – $650 per month. Fully remote, flexible schedule, +-7 hours working day. Work in conjunction with the team, clear tasks. Payments once a month.
