Payment Analyst | iGaming | Belgrade

Payment Analyst at a large iGaming platform in Belgrade, supporting 35+ operator brands. Focus on payment monitoring, routing strategy, financial analysis, P&L, and ad-hoc analytics.

We are a large iGaming platform providing full-cycle services for 35+ operator brands. Our payment department integrates payment systems and ensures uninterrupted financial flows. We are looking for a Payment Analyst to join a team of 6 analysts. You will work at the intersection of payments, finance, and economics. Responsibilities: - Operational monitoring: tracking traffic distribution and controlling payment routes. Daily monitoring of balances on payment gateways. Monitoring payment conversion across different routes. Identifying deviations and immediately initiating actions to resolve them. - Routing and strategy management: analyzing traffic distribution considering payment system fees (economics assessment). Making decisions on optimal strategy and directly contacting technical specialists to reconfigure routing. - Financial analysis and optimization: calculating financial terms and evaluating P&L for different payment methods. Working with transaction data, finding growth points to reduce processing costs. Improving the logic and visualization of existing analytical tools, proactively proposing improvements. - Ad-hoc analytics: preparing analytical reports on business request, presenting results to stakeholders, and controlling implementation of decisions.

SQL: Middle/Middle+. Ability to work with data independently, check data quality and calculation correctness. Excel: Advanced level. BI tools: Commercial experience with Tableau. Python: Basic level for exploratory data analysis and ETL processes. Domain knowledge: Understanding of financial operations (P&L, fees, balances) and payment systems. Experience working in multitasking mode. Ability to take ownership of a work area and manage it independently, precision and accuracy. Fluent Russian.

Work from office in Belgrade (Serbia). Full-time, full employment. Flexible start of the working day (from 08:00 to 10:00), work according to the Cyprus production calendar. Official employment under the Serbian Labor Code (company helps with registration). Vacation: 20 working days + 4 days off from the company. Sick leave: paid 100%. Meals in office provided.
