SARATORI, an intellectual podcast and media project, seeks an experienced, self-sufficient Partnerships and Collaborations Producer for external cooperation/outsourcing. Payment based on results.

SARATORI is an intellectual podcast and media project. We want to create not only episodes but also collaborations, events, unusual projects, introductions, and partnerships with strong people and companies. Responsibilities: - Independently spot opportunities: who SARATORI should meet; where the project should appear; what collaboration can be assembled; what meeting should be organized; which people, brands, communities, or events can take the project to the next level. - Do not wait for assignments; have the position: “I saw an opportunity. I know how to enter. Let’s do it.” - Work in a high-tempo environment with pressure and many non-standard situations; stay calm, find solutions, and pursue results. - Enjoy freedom to invent, introduce people, bring people together, launch own ideas, and create what did not exist in SARATORI yesterday.

Relevant experience in partnerships/collaborations is required; candidates without relevant experience will not be considered. Active life energy, strong communication, excitement, and internal drive. Ability not to get lost under pressure, find solutions, and drive results.
