Packaging and print designer for YURAL LLC, Moscow office. Salary 130,000-170,000 RUB. Develop brand guidelines, packaging, and marketing materials.

Develop and update brand guidelines and logobooks for STM brands TRUCKMASTER / TM. Select packaging materials: types of cardboard, coatings, and varnishes, strength requirements. Analyze competitor designs and prepare 2-3 design options for each new product group. Collaborate with the STM development department and adapt technical specifications for layouts and die-cut stamps of suppliers. Create technical order cards with printing houses and suppliers: control fields, stamps, and glue application zones. Approve designs internally and with suppliers, check pre-production samples, and control color and material compliance. Develop pallet boxes considering logistics loads. Create sticker and label templates for product groups, considering printing and material requirements. Generate unique sticker layouts for each SKU based on barcodes, SKUs, and product composition. Develop corporate presentations, leaflets, business cards, dealer certificates, instructions, warranty cards, and memos. Create advertising products, POS materials, merch, branded tape, design exhibition zones and stands. Process product photos, create cards for Wildberries, Ozon, and Yandex Market, collages, and infographics. Develop advertising banners, website graphics, marketplace storefront design, promo pages, email newsletters, and social media. Prepare product catalogs for print and create layouts for promo pages, news, and banners for the website. Mass-produce images for marketplaces and barcode stickers using scripts, e.g., in Python.

Portfolio with examples of implemented projects, mandatory with packaging and print work. Deep knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, confident handling of curves and color correction. Understanding of prepress: color separation, trapping, imposition, and work with die-cut stamps. Knowledge of cardboard types, films, varnishes, and printing house requirements for layouts. Confident PC skills, ability to work with large volumes of files, corporate cloud storage, and SKU databases. Skills in Excel or Google Sheets for filling technical cards. Ability to automate mass image and sticker creation with scripts.
