Sendsay is looking for a middle-level outsourced author to write articles for their external communications department. The role involves creating content for media, external platforms, and partner blogs. Payment is per article, starting from 10,000 ₽.

Sendsay is an omnichannel marketing platform that helps businesses communicate with their audience via Email, SMS, Web Push, messengers, and social networks. The external communications department aims to increase company awareness and image. We are looking for authors to assist with this goal.

Experience in writing commercial articles for at least 3 years, including longreads, case studies, expert materials (based on interviews), media articles, interviews, checklists, and guides. Experience with business topics, particularly in product B2B, SaaS, and marketing. Strong command of informational style: ability to build logical text structure, write coherently and logically, avoid vague formulations and convoluted phrases. Articles must be written without AI assistance; no AI clichés. Proficiency in visual storytelling: ability to enhance text with diagrams, examples, and graphs; prepare references for designers. Readiness to delve into complex topics: ability to quickly find and process large amounts of information, read research, and deeply explore new subjects. Experience creating materials with expert involvement: ability to conduct interviews, gather information from experts, and write based on it. Skill in managing reader attention: ability to place accents and avoid lengthy, undifferentiated text. Skill in enhancing text with statistics and research: understanding where and when to support points with research or data, and the ability to find, verify, and assess source relevance. Readiness to write 2 high-quality articles per month.

Outsourced work. Contract work with tax compensation. Performance-based pay: starting from 10,000 ₽ per article. Additional payments for: - Articles requiring in-depth research and detailed exploration. - Articles that are significantly longer due to factual content, not filler. - Articles requiring interviews and transcription. - Articles involving complex approval processes with multiple stakeholders. Average article price: 15,000 ₽. Payment determined after the first draft, ensuring quality and avoiding excessive edits.
