Operations Financier at Weern

Weern, a company organizing data collection for AI training, seeks an attentive financier for remote full-time work. Salary: $2,000–3,000 per month. Responsibilities include financial accounting, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities: - Reconcile internal tables with client and contractor invoices and reports. - Verify that amounts match actually performed and accepted work: sessions, materials, and other paid units. - Account for rejected materials and adjustments after acceptance. - Track receipts, payments, advances, and debts for each project. - Check calculations with contractors and team, considering previously issued advances. - Control completed and remaining work volumes per purchase orders (PO). - Identify discrepancies, investigate causes with team and counterparties, and agree on adjustments. - Organize current financial tables and establish clear regular reporting.

Requirements: - Experience in financial support of projects, operational accounting, or control of mutual settlements. - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, data matching, and error detection. - Understanding of invoices, advances, partial payments, and final settlements. - Ability to independently handle large data volumes and build an accounting system. - Attentiveness, systematic approach, and persistence in completing reconciliations. - Russian for team communication and written English for work correspondence. - Advantage: experience with international clients, distributed teams, and projects with many contractors.

Conditions: - Fully remote work. - Full-time employment, five days a week. - Working hours overlapping with team and clients in Pacific and Eastern time zones. - Preferably located in Latin America; main requirement is availability during required working hours. - Payment: $2,000–3,000 per month depending on experience and responsibility level. - Possible start with part-time (e.g., three days a week) with proportional pay and later transition to full-time.
