Operations Agent / Payment Processing & Customer Support Specialist

SendNOW, a Canadian FinTech startup, is looking for an Operations Agent to handle payment processing and customer support. Remote work, salary $1,000-1,200 fixed plus team bonus up to $500 after probation. Night shift 5/2 (Sat-Wed) 17:00-02:00 MSK.

SendNOW is a Canadian FinTech startup that enables international money transfers to 194 countries, including complex regions such as Russia, Belarus, Sudan, etc. We are looking for a versatile agent to help our clients use our service quickly and comfortably. Responsibilities: - Work in corporate CRM system: verify statuses, close tickets, add comments to the accounting system. - Handle incoming requests in support chat. - Process transfer requests: data verification, execution of operations, rate calculation. - Conduct transactions via external payment channels (Crypto, P2P, payment services). - Verify clients according to AML/KYC procedures. - Identify SCAM transactions, analyze suspicious operations and clients. - Escalate non-standard situations. - Create requests for cash withdrawal. - Handle financial claims and reviews on monitoring platforms. Improve service ratings. - Customer service. - Work with accounting tables. - Participate in daily team meetings, calls, and discussions.

3+ years of experience in currency exchange, international transfers, or payment systems. 1+ year of experience in customer support. Confident use of Telegram, browsers, Google Sheets; quick adaptation to new tools. Confident experience with major exchanges (OKX, Bybit, Binance, MEXC, HTX, etc.). Ability to resolve disputes (appeals, disputes, problematic payments) with counterparties and clients. Ability to work in a team and help each other. Result-oriented: high engagement and desire to improve every day. Willingness to work evening and night shifts (5/2 (Saturday-Wednesday) from 17:00 to 02:00 MSK).
