Remote operational assistant for an AI entrepreneur building AI agents. Tasks include micro-experiments, market research, client communication, sales, and routine. Salary from 150 RUB/hour, up to 1000 RUB/hour for AI skills.

We build AI agents on neural networks. We are looking for someone to take over operations, hypothesis testing, and sales, so the leader can focus on strategy. Responsibilities: micro-experiments (launch, measure, report), tables, documents, analytics, market research (clients, competitors, trends), communication with clients through AI assistants, sales (leads, warm-up, closing deals), and routine that eats up the leader's time.

Smart and quick to grasp, creative, responsible, punctual, attentive to details. No experience needed, we'll teach. Especially valuable if: understanding of sales funnels, SEO, SMM; experience with ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other neural networks; chatbots and user bots; sales or support experience; familiar with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude. We value non-standard approaches: warming up in direct messages and closed chats, personal offers, guerrilla marketing, automation with AI agents, small-budget hypothesis tests, non-obvious channel combinations.

Fully remote, flexible schedule 5-20 hours per week. Starting rate from 150 RUB/hour, up to 1000 RUB/hour for those who write bots and work with AI. Rate grows with volume and results. Generous percentage from sales for each closed deal. Development in AI marketing.
